Once you've completed your intake form, expect to hear from our practitioners within 1 to 4 business days, although often it's quicker. Please ensure you've filled out the intake form to expedite the process.

It's important to note that any communication from the practitioner will arrive in our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. To access this communication, log in to your patient portal, navigate to the "Messages" tab on the left panel. Here, you'll find any collaborations from the practitioner on the left and can send a message directly to the practitioner if needed.
