Detail the Claim: Describe the missing or damaged items in your claim. Include information about the condition of any ice packs and the package upon arrival.
Upload Clear Images: To assist us in assessing your claim accurately, please upload clear images of all received items, the packaging, and the invoice. If you need to upload multiple photos, the form will prompt you to do so.
Claim Review Process: Once submitted, our team will review the details of your claim, which may involve opening a claim with the pharmacy if necessary. This process typically takes 3-5 days.
