At Invigor Medical, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Login to Your Patient Portal: Visit the Invigor Medical website and log in to your patient portal using your credentials. If you haven't registered yet, you can easily do so by following the prompts.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Once logged in, you'll see a panel on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the "Subscriptions" button to access your subscription details.
Select Subscription to Cancel: In the subscriptions section, you'll see a list of your active subscriptions. Identify the subscription that you wish to cancel and click on it to view more details.
Cancel or Pause Subscription: On the subscription page, you'll have the option to either cancel or pause your subscription. If you choose to pause your subscription, please note that this will only delay the renewal date and will not affect any pending orders. If you decide to cancel, click on the cancel button.
Consideration for Medication Requirements: Some medications may require "ramp-up" or "ramp-down" steps until you reach your maintenance dose. If your medication requires these steps, be aware that you may need to repeat them if you pause your subscription.
Confirm and Select Renewal Date: If you opt to pause your subscription, you'll be prompted to select a date for when your medication subscription should resume. Keep in mind that during this paused period, the price of your subscription may change.
Finalizing the Cancellation: Once you've made your selection, follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation or pause of your subscription. Review the details carefully to ensure accuracy.
Renewing a Canceled Subscription: If you've canceled your subscription and wish to renew it in the future, the only way to do so is by placing a new order on the Invigor Medical website.
Remember, for new orders, cancellation must be done before the prescription is sent to the practitioner's queue. Subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.
