Tracking Your Order with Invigor Medical

If you haven't received your order or it's on hold, you can track its progress easily by following these steps:

  • Sign into Patient Portal: Log in to your patient portal on the Invigor Medical website using your credentials.

  • View Recent Orders: Locate the "Recent Orders" section on the page and click on the specific order you want to track.

  • Check Order Status: You'll be directed to the Health Plan page, where you can view the timeline of your order. This includes steps such as Intake Forms, Medical Specialist, Consultation, Prescription, Shipped, and Completed.

By monitoring your order status through the patient portal, you can stay informed about the progress of your delivery. If it's been over 3 weeks since you placed your order and you haven't received it, please contact us at [email protected].

Additionally, if you have a subscription and suspect it may be on hold, you can check its status through the patient portal:

  • Check Subscription Status: Log in to the patient portal and click on the subscription button on the panel on the left.

  • Verify Subscription Information: Click on the relevant subscription to view details such as subscription duration, frequency, last order date, and next order date.

  • Resuming a Hold: If your subscription is on hold and you wish to resume it, please contact us at [email protected].
