Understanding Your Payment Failure Notification

If you've received an email stating that your payment failed, here are some common scenarios and solutions to help resolve the issue:

Failure to Capture Payment at Checkout:

  • Scenario: Your payment failed to capture at checkout, resulting in a "failed" status.

  • Solution: Please refer to the instructions below on how to update your payment information.

Invalid Card Number or Expired Cards:

  • Scenario: Payments fail due to incorrect card details or card expiry.

  • Solution: Please refer to the instructions below on how to update your payment information.

Declined by Bank or Insufficient Funds:

  • Scenario: A payment is declined by the bank or fails due to insufficient funds.

  • Solution: If your bank declines the payment, contact them to clarify the issue, as it may be due to security concerns or insufficient funds. Ensure your account has sufficient funds or provide an alternative payment method.

Below are the instructions for how to update your payment method for future transactions:

How to Update Your Payment Method at Invigor Medical:

  • Log in to the Patient Portal: Access the patient portal using your credentials.

  • Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, click on the settings button located at the bottom of the panel on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Access Payment Methods: Scroll down until you find the payment methods section at the bottom of the settings page.

  • Add a Payment Method: Click on the "+ Add" button to add a new payment method. Follow the prompts to input your credit card information accurately.

  • Save Your Card Information: After entering your credit card details, save the information. It will then be added to the list of payment methods.

  • Set as Default for Active Orders (Optional): If you want to use this card for all active orders, press the "USE THIS CARD ON ALL ACTIVE ORDERS" button.

  • Remove Payment Method (if needed): If you need to remove a payment method at any point, click on the trash icon located on the payment method card you wish to remove.

By following these steps, you can easily update your payment method to ensure smooth transactions for your orders at Invigor Medical.
