If your order has been unexpectedly canceled, there could be various reasons behind it. Here are some common scenarios that may lead to order cancellations:
State Restrictions: Certain state legislations or pharmacy constraints may prevent us from sending specific medications to certain states. This could result in the cancellation of your order if it falls under such restrictions.
Medication Availability: Sometimes, the pharmacy may not have the specific medication available due to shortages or other issues. In such cases, your order may be canceled until the medication becomes available again.
Practitioner Rejection: Your order may have been rejected by the practitioner for various reasons, such as medical considerations or clinical judgment.
Discontinued Products: If the product you ordered has been discontinued, your order may be canceled accordingly.
Accidental Cancellation: It's also possible that the order was canceled accidentally, either by you or by an error in the system.
Please note that you will never be billed for medication unless you're approved for it. If a prescription is sent to the pharmacy but they cannot fulfill it, we can refund you accordingly.
