If you were billed after canceling your subscription, it may be due to the timing of your cancellation. Please note the following important points regarding subscription cancellations and billing:

  • Cancellation Timing: To avoid being billed for the next cycle, subscriptions must be canceled before the subscription renews. Additionally, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

  • Refund Policy: Unfortunately, once an order is in a practitioner's queue, we are unable to offer a refund. It's essential to ensure timely cancellation to avoid being charged for subsequent cycles.
