Medication Availability: Sometimes, the pharmacy may not have the specific medication available due to shortages or other issues. In such cases, your subscription may be canceled until the medication becomes available again.
Practitioner Rejection: Your subscription may have been rejected by the practitioner for various reasons, such as medical considerations or clinical judgment.

Please note that you will never be billed for medication unless you're approved for it. If a prescription is sent to the pharmacy but they cannot fulfill it, we can refund you accordingly.
