How to Update Your Payment Method at Invigor Medical
Updating your payment method is a simple process that can be done through the patient portal. Follow these steps:
Log in to the Patient Portal: Access the patient portal using your credentials.
Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, click on the settings button located at the bottom of the panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
Access Payment Methods: On the settings page, scroll down until you find the payment methods section at the bottom.
Add a Payment Method: Click on the "+ Add" button to add a new payment method. You will be prompted with a message indicating that your active orders will be updated with this payment method.
Enter Credit Card Information: Input your credit card information as prompted. Ensure that the information is accurate and complete.
Save Your Card Information: After entering your credit card details, save the information. You will then see it added to the list of payment methods.
Set as Default for Active Orders (Optional): If you want to use this card for all active orders, press the "USE THIS CARD ON ALL ACTIVE ORDERS" button.
Remove Payment Method (if needed): If you need to remove a payment method at any point, click on the trash icon located on the payment method card you wish to remove.
