Order Placement: Once you've placed your order, the process begins immediately.
Intake Form: You'll need to complete an intake form promptly after placing your order.
Practitioner Visit: After you complete your Intake From, a practitioner will review your order.
Prescription: If you are approved for the medication after the practitioner visit, a prescription is created, ensuring swift processing.
Billing: Billing occurs after a practitioner has reviewed your order. If the practitioner does not approve you for your medication, you will not be charged.
Pharmacy Processing: The pharmacy will then process your medication.
Shipping: After processing, your order ships, typically within 1-2 days.
Although delays can occur due to form completion or administrative review, most orders are smoothly executed within this timeframe.
Tracking Your Order:
To track your order, follow these steps:
Sign into Patient Portal: Log in to your patient portal on the Invigor Medical website.
View Recent Orders: Look for the "Recent Orders" section on the page and click on the specific order you'd like to track.
Check Order Status: You'll be directed to the Health Plan page, where you can view the timeline of your order. This includes steps such as Intake Forms, Medical Specialist, Consultation, Prescription, Shipped, and Completed.
By monitoring your order status through the patient portal, you can stay informed about the progress of your delivery.
