Checking the Status of Your Order

Updated over 6 months ago

To check the status of your order and stay updated on its progress, follow these steps:

  • Login to the Patient Portal: Visit the Invigor Medical website and log in to your patient portal using your credentials.

  • View Recent Orders: Once logged in, you'll see a list of your recent orders. Click on the specific order you'd like to check the status of.

  • Track Order Status: You'll be taken to the Health Plan page, which includes a status tracker for your order. Here, you can see where your order is in the fulfillment process.

  • Receive Updates: Updates on your order will be provided regularly via email, text messages, or phone calls. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring each order is processed efficiently, and we'll notify you if there are any issues or delays.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped from the pharmacy, your tracking information will be emailed to you. This allows you to monitor the delivery progress and estimated arrival time.

If your order appears to be stuck at a specific step in the process, here's what you can do:

  • Intake Forms: If your order status is stuck on "Intake Forms," ensure that you have completed all necessary intake forms.

  • Medical Specialist/Consultation: If your order is stuck on "Medical Specialist" or "Consultation," feel free to call us for assistance.

  • Prescription Status: If your order is stuck on "Prescription Status," it may require fulfillment from the pharmacy. This process is typically quick, but it may take a couple of days at most. Common issues include details clarification or shipping address concerns.

  • Shipped: If your order status is "Shipped," your medication is currently in transit to your address.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to ensure a smooth experience and address any concerns you may have.
