If you haven't heard from the doctor yet, here's what you can do:

  • Check Your Patient Portal: Log in to your patient portal and navigate to the "Messages" tab on the left panel. Any communication from the practitioner will be accessible here.

  • Text Notifications: You should receive a text notification when the practitioner sends you a message. Keep an eye out for these notifications.

  • Regularly Check Your Portal: Even if you haven't received a text notification, it's a good idea to check your patient portal regularly for any updates or messages from the practitioner.

  • Complete Intake Form: Ensure you've completed your intake form to expedite the process. A practitioner will not make contact until after the Intake Form has been filled out and submitted.
